- Guarantee, Returns & Replacements
- Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means 100%. We can't imagine you wouldn't like our coffee, but if you don't like the coffee for any reason we will refund your full purchase price, no questions asked (Unless you want to give us feedback.). For other items like French presses and accessories we will refund your full amount as long as the item is returned and unused. If you are unhappy with a product and would like a replacement we will replace it with something of the same purchase price.

- Industrial Joe requests information from users on our order form. This is required to complete sales orders and to keep you up to date regarding its status. Users must provide contact information such as name, address, email, and phone number and financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes, to complete sales orders and to ship products. If there is difficulty in processing or shipping the order, we use this information to contact users.
